Job Description
Joining this team means becoming part of a multidisciplinary unit (data, programming, game & narrative design, animation, etc.) guided by a simple and ambitious question: among all the possibilities offered by generative AI, which ones are truly interesting and fun for gameplay?
The team is tasked with testing new experiences with players and equipping creators to imagine more dynamic, immersive, and surprising interactions—ultimately enabling features that would be impossible to realize otherwise. Daily life involves a blend of R&D, product development, short game creation, and multi-studio collaboration, all in the service of tomorrow’s gameplay.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the framing and design of AI features for our games.
- Ensure the adoption of the technology by our various business lines.
- Guarantee the consistency of prompt content feeding algorithms across different environments by testing the impact of modifications (correcting errors, identifying discrepancies, reformulating and clarifying) while aiming to optimize latency and costs.
- Participate in developing best practices for prompts and support teams in their application.
- Contribute to the creation of manual and automated test scenarios in collaboration with QA & AI teams.
- Analyze bugs and feedback, identify those related to prompt content, and define areas for improvement.
- Participate in identifying and testing new machine learning models, as well as designing the tools to use them.
- Conduct scientific monitoring regarding prompt engineering practices and AI in general.
Qualifications
- Passionate about video games; minimum of one initial experience in a technology company.
- Significant experience in creating prompts for various tasks and on different providers. Familiarity with concepts such as agents and function calling, reasoning approaches, chain/tree of thoughts, zero-shot & few-shot approaches, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Good understanding of several language models (GPT-5, Gemini, Claude, Qwen, SentenceBERT, Llama, Mistral, etc.) as well as their main differences.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken); French is a plus. Very strong writing skills.
- Strong listening and comprehension skills; able to translate client needs into specifications.
- Ability to adapt analysis and discourse to reach a wide audience.
- Autonomous and curious.
Bonus Skills:
- Programming skills (Python, C#, etc.) and use of AI APIs.
- Experience in narrative content creation (dialogues, quests, world descriptions) and/or role-playing games.
- Good understanding of video game design principles.
Additional Information
In the analysis of applications, special attention will be paid to the quality of the cover letter: we prefer a short text that illustrates a good understanding of the position and highlights one or two well-targeted experiences and/or skills, rather than a long, generic text echoing your CV.
Recruitment Process:
- Phone interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (~30 minutes).
- Video interview with the hiring manager (~1 hour).
