Project Manager
Role Overview
Scopely is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join the Global team in Barcelona on a flexible hybrid basis. The team works across Scopely’s portfolio to support data-informed decision-making, operational effectiveness, and the delivery of scalable technical solutions. The role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Revenue Operations to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, thoroughly tested, and successfully delivered into live environments. The Technical Project Manager drives technical and data-related initiatives, manages cross-functional communication, and ensures smooth execution across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end execution of technical data-related projects.
- Act as the central point of coordination between stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation plans.
- Communicate project status, risks, insights, and opportunities clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Own and maintain clear, structured documentation relating to technical processes, data flows, reporting requirements, and best practices using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Translate technical or analytical updates into clear, actionable guidance for relevant stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to improve workflows and execution.
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of measurement, tracking, and reporting processes across relevant products and platforms.
- Support data quality, governance, and compliance activities by helping to identify inconsistencies, monitor issues, and coordinate resolutions.
- Contribute to the reporting and analysis of performance trends to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with software development, data, or analytics teams and managing projects.
- Comfortable working with technical and analytical concepts and translating them for a range of audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mobile gaming, digital products, marketing analytics, monetisation, or revenue operations is a plus.
