Role Overview

Scopely is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the MONOPOLY GO! game team. This role involves directing a cross-functional group to manage live minigames, ensuring exceptional player experiences and stable, predictable operations globally.

What You Will Do

• Direct the cross-functional group managing MONOPOLY GO! Live Minigames, responsible for initiatives from initial planning to live execution.
• Drive the strategy for live minigames, balancing player delight, brand vision, commercial goals, operational stability, and technical efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate execution across Design, Engineering, Art, UX, Economy, Analytics, Production, QA, and Localization, establishing clear milestones, accountability, dependencies, and launch readiness decision points.
• Ensure high-quality launches using structured specifications, configuration checks, rigorous playtesting, prompt issue resolution, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Implement comprehensive product, economic, and technical telemetry for all events, establishing automated alerts, coverage schedules, clear escalation channels, and standard operating procedures.
• Leverage analytics, player feedback, market trends, and post-launch reviews to optimize progression, rewards, engagement, and monetization while preventing recurring operational issues.
• Expand portfolio capabilities through reusable frameworks, streamlined content pipelines, automation, performance tracking, and mentorship that frees up bandwidth for innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of product management leadership delivering complex live services at scale, with a proven track record of driving player satisfaction, product quality, and reliable execution.
• Education: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in free-to-play mobile mechanics, player motivations, core loops, progression systems, economy design, social features, and long-term retention strategy.
• Operational Skills: Proven operational success managing concurrent launches, data validation, quality assurance, live monitoring, incident management, and post-mortem analysis under tight timelines.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical competency and technical proficiency across product data, segmentation, A/B testing, system architecture, deployment pipelines, observability, and debugging.
• Communication and Leadership: Exceptional communication skills and collaborative leadership ability, with a structured approach to resolving ambiguity, evaluating data objectively, and driving team alignment.
• AI Integration: Active integration of AI tooling and automated workflows into daily tasks, demonstrating practical applications that elevate quality, speed, efficiency, and overall operational performance.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience operating top-tier mobile free-to-play titles, high-scale live-service games, or consumer platforms with rapid update cycles.
• Hands-on familiarity with game economies, experimental frameworks, telemetry pipelines, monitoring dashboards, alerting setups, or incident response protocols.
• Demonstrated success optimizing content delivery, configuration tools, build pipelines, or multi-region live coverage schedules across diverse time zones.
