About the role
Good planning starts with understanding projects and the people who bring them to life. We’re looking for someone to help us manage and develop a team of production specialists. You’ll match project needs with the team’s skills and availability, keep work running smoothly, and be a trusted partner to artists, leads, supervisors, and producers.
In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on how work is organised, how the team develops, and how well it is prepared for future projects.
Requirements

- You can plan the work of a specialist team, manage budgets, and understand production dependencies. You’re comfortable working with schedules, spreadsheets, and budget data.
- You can align priorities, make decisions, and communicate their implications. You spot problems early, take initiative, and follow through.
- You have strong people skills. You listen, set clear expectations, and handle difficult conversations.
Responsibilities
- Planning team allocations across multiple projects and matching people to tasks in collaboration with supervisors and leads.
- Analysing project requirements, creating schedules and roadmaps, and forecasting staffing needs.
- Monitoring team utilisation and budget spend, minimising downtime, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.
- Supporting the team day to day: setting clear expectations, providing feedback, resolving problems and conflicts, and supporting employee motivation and development.
- Contributing to recruitment and planning the team’s size and skill mix, while scaling it responsively as project needs change.
- Improving workflows, establishing working standards, and coordinating hardware, software licence, and tool requirements with IT.
