About the role
Responsibilities
- Own project delivery, including schedule, budget, cost control, and profitability.
- Work closely with the Director, CG Supervisor, Art Director, and Project Coordinator to translate creative and technical requirements into an achievable production plan.
- Define and manage project scope, handle change requests, and negotiate budget or scope adjustments with the Client.
- Lead estimating and bidding from the production side.
- Maintain clear communication with the Client and internal teams, including regular reporting on progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Plan the production process across the full CG/VFX pipeline and manage departmental dependencies.
- Identify and mitigate production risks while keeping creative ambition, resources, and commercial constraints aligned.
- Manage external vendors and support the project's production team.
Qualifications
- At least six years of production-management experience in animation, VFX, post-production, film, or game development.
- Proven responsibility at Producer level.
- Strong track record of delivering complex projects with ownership of schedules, budgets, and profitability.
- Strong knowledge of the CG/VFX production pipeline.
- Excellent prioritization and communication skills.
- Confidence working independently with international Clients.
- Essential proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ShotGrid is an advantage.
- Experience producing game cinematics or trailers for AAA publishers is strongly preferred.

- Location: Warsaw – hybrid, remote, or on-site (CET/CEST).
