About the role

Overview

The Coalition is a flagship first-party studio within XBOX Game Studios and the home to one of gaming’s most critically and commercially acclaimed series, Gears of War. We are a group of diverse and talented individuals working for a common purpose to push the limits of XBOX's entertainment platform and devices. We are looking for a Producer to deliver exceptional gaming experiences for our players while supporting quality, schedule, and business objectives. You will be responsible for managing one or more multidisciplinary teams composed of artists, designers, and engineers and working directly with the Production Director to guide features to completion. As part of the Production team, you will be expected to help create and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. You will create production roadmaps based on backlogs and partner with Product Owners to establish sprint and milestone goals. You will drive execution of this plan by collaborating with the leadership team to prioritize deliverables, manage risks and dependencies, adapt to challenges and help resolve issues as they arise. You will also report the weekly status and evaluate your group against deliverable completion and quality success criteria.
