Role Responsibilities
- Serve as a global driving force, working with the Leadership team to deliver project goals based on defined priorities and available resources.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve risks and changes that may impede the team from meeting deadlines.
- Anticipate and solve problems both independently and collaboratively while cultivating strong professional relationships.
- Provide line management for various producers on the project, offering oversight and mentorship.
- Champion efficient practices and processes while providing motivation and ensuring a healthy team dynamic.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities consistent with skills and experience, including support for hiring efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven excellence as a video games producer working with development teams.
- Significant experience working on large-scale projects as a producer.
- High proficiency with standard project management development tools and methodologies.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on streamlining and improvement.
- Strong capabilities in conflict resolution and distributed team building.
