Role Overview
As a Producer, you will lead a team on multiple initiatives, ensuring smooth communication, resource management, and timely delivery of high-quality features. This role covers the project lifecycle from prototyping to soft launches. You will have ownership of a skilled team, manage essential ceremonies and processes, and foster internal and external collaboration. The role requires an adaptable, conflict-resilient professional capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Owning timelines for games/features from design to release with the ability to dive into technical discussions and translate them coherently to stakeholders.
- Product Quality & Business Balance: Utilizing game sense to balance core business needs with high-quality execution.
- Team Leadership & Delivery: Coordinating a cross-functional team of ~30 (Dev, Art, QA) across multiple tracks, managing live games, new prototypes, and release schedules.
- Agile Facilitation: Leading agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to drive execution and resolve blockers.
- Central Team Synchronization: Managing dependencies with external departments (UA, Data, Central Tech) to integrate requirements into the project roadmap.
- Roadmapping & Reporting: Maintaining transparent roadmaps and communicating progress through visual reporting and work plans.
- Risk Management: Proactively identifying and mitigating production bottlenecks.
- Process Optimization: Continuously adapting production methodologies to fit team needs for increased efficiency.
- Product Collaboration: Partnering with the Product team to organize the backlog and distribute tasks effectively.
- Culture & Conflict Resolution: Resolving interpersonal conflicts, maintaining morale, and promoting accountability.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Production Experience: Proven track record in a Production/Delivery role within the games industry (Mobile preferred).
- Scale: Experience coordinating large teams (30+) from prototype to Live Ops.
- Methodology: Mastery of Agile/Scrum best practices with the ability to tailor processes to team dynamics.
- Stakeholder Management: Skill in managing cross-departmental dependencies and aligning external deadlines.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced command of Jira and task-tracking suites.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence for conflict resolution, motivation, and facilitative leadership.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to make independent, data-informed decisions regarding resource allocation and development.
- Location: Willingness to work onsite in London, Barcelona, or Warsaw.
