Role Overview
Scopely is looking for a Producer to join our Monopoly GO! team in our Culver City studio hub on a hybrid basis, or remotely within the US or Canada.

What You Will Do
You will be embedded in one of our feature pods, working to deliver well tested, polished and innovative features for our players. You will have the chance to create a significant impact on our players' experiences by ensuring your team has everything they need to be successful. Responsibilities include:
- Support live game incidents, including on call hours
- Be responsible for the End to End feature team’s development pipeline and process
- Ensure feature development and delivery is timely and of the highest quality
- Coordinate, prioritize, moderate and control all production activities in the assigned feature team
- Support the pod in implementing and following Agile/Scrum way of working and thinking
- Liaise between cross departments as per project and team’s needs
- Set up effective, concise, clear and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside team
- Lead process improvement initiatives that will aid in improving feature development or overall production pipeline
What We're Looking For
- Experience within mobile game production
- Ability to adapt and complete tasks on the fly
- Skilled in facilitating cross-team discussion, organization and planning
- Outstanding communication skills; adept at articulating sophisticated business situations to a variety of audiences
- Strong ability to keep teams motivated and engaged
- Exemplified understanding of Agile with its standard practices and understanding of the full SDLC
- Steadfast self-motivation and initiative
- A strong passion for making top quality games that players love
Compensation and Benefits
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is $91,300 - $140,000 USD. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for:
