Responsibilities
- Join an experienced team of producers facilitating multi-disciplined pods.
- Create and improve communication channels.
- Celebrate successes and identify areas for team improvement.
- Manage a program of work across multiple multidisciplined teams.
- Deliver a wide variety of updates and capabilities from concept to delivery.
- Mentor producers who are early in their journey to deliver great experiences.
- Ensure the team has necessary resources to succeed.
- Lead, inform, motivate, and align project teams to deliver on individual and shared goals.
- Perform production, coordination, triage, and release planning.
- Work with feature/content teams to drive output and healthy team cultures.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, dependency identification, and capacity planning.
- Partner with product, art, and senior game leadership teams.
- Maintain project status and progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and iterate on team processes such as retrospectives and sprint planning.
- Act as an active member of the features team to improve overall studio operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Highly experienced working in development teams.
- Experience on a live game title with detailed dependencies between projects and updates.
- Experience with content.
- Excellent communication and people interaction skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile and its standard practices.
- Experience working with JIRA.
- Structured and well-organized approach.
- Ability to rapidly assess the priority of multiple issues to focus response.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-team discussion and organization.
- Willingness to engage in the details of game delivery.
- Résumé/CV must be written in English.
