  • Act as a key communication point between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear expectations, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external studios to ensure that creative requirements, technical constraints, pipelines, and ways of working are clearly established before production begins.
  • Conduct vendor selection processes, including RFI, RFQ, market research, offer evaluation, and commercial comparisons.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and negotiate agreements and Statements of Work with external partners, including scope, pricing, commercial terms, timelines, and other key conditions.
  • Work closely with Producers and Development teams to ensure outsourcing activities remain aligned with project priorities, schedules, and changing production needs.
  • Track and assess vendor performance, including quality, delivery, communication, flexibility, and commercial performance.
  • Maintain accurate information on external partners, capabilities, rates, cooperation history, and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial conditions, consolidate external spend, or introduce alternative vendors where appropriate.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of outsourcing processes, guidelines, tools, and best practices.
  • Support outsourcing planning and provide market insights regarding vendor capabilities, capacity, pricing, and availability.

Qualifications

  • At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in outsourcing, external development, procurement, vendor management, production, or a related area.
  • Experience independently managing external vendors or service providers and coordinating cooperation across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of vendor selection, commercial negotiations, contracting, and ongoing vendor management.
  • Experience working with Statements of Work, pricing models, estimates, schedules, and commercial proposals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outsourcing engagements and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify risks, escalate issues when necessary, and proactively drive topics toward resolution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both creative/technical teams and business functions.
  • Confidence in negotiating with external partners and challenging commercial proposals when necessary.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Producers, Development teams, Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
