- Organise and facilitate localisation kick-off meetings, project review meetings, post-mortems, and other project-related discussions.
- Gather and provide project information required for localisation planning and budgeting, including word counts and voice-over requirements.
- Monitor translation progress and proactively communicate risks, delays, and potential impacts to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to identify solutions and mitigate schedule risks.
- Export and prepare text files for translation, coordinate delivery to external localisation teams, and import completed translations into the game.
- Manage translator queries and ensure timely responses from relevant stakeholders.
- Provide game builds and access keys to localisation and testing teams as required.
- Work closely with Designers to implement subtitles and localised content into the game.
- Implement localisation text updates and bug fixes and support regression testing activities.
- Investigate, triage, and resolve localisation issues, escalating technical problems where necessary.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve localisation processes, workflows, and overall product quality.
