Job Description

We’re looking for a Junior Learning & Development Operations Specialist to join our Learning & Development team for a 1-year contract and support the smooth delivery of learning and development initiatives across the studio. In this role, you’ll take care of the administrative and operational side of our L&D activities — from coordinating trainings and working with external vendors to keeping our data, documentation, and processes organized and up to date. By making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll help the team focus on initiatives that support the growth and development of REDs and contribute to delivering high-quality learning experiences across the organization.

Daily responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing administrative and organizational support to the Learning & Development team, including processing training and vendor-related invoices.
  • Enter, maintain, and update data in L&D trackers and systems, and prepare summaries, basic reports, and presentations.
  • Support the organization of onsite and online trainings, including booking rooms and equipment, coordinating catering and training materials, and preparing and sending participant invitations.
  • Provide operational support for onboarding and other L&D processes and initiatives.
  • Help organize and streamline L&D documentation and processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support ongoing L&D projects and collaborate with the team on their operational delivery.
  • Cooperate with external vendors and partners, supporting formalities related to contracts and purchase orders.
  • Assist with collecting vendor offers and required documentation.

Qualifications

  • Initial experience in an office, administrative, HR, event coordination, or similar role would be a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and helpful approach to working with others.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and presentation tools.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum C1).
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership of day-to-day tasks, and develop within the Learning & Development area.

Working Mode

  • Office-First: Working primarily from the Warsaw office in a hybrid or full in office mode (at least 4 days per week in office).

Health & Well-Being

  • Private medical healthcare: A selection of medical plans with dental care and unlimited rehabilitation to choose from, which are also accessible for your partner and relatives.
  • Life insurance: Comprehensive pension and insurance plans to protect you and your loved ones.
  • Annual screenings: Cancer prevention covered by the company.
  • Mental health: Psychological and psychiatrist care — free mental health support and various well-being initiatives.
  • Sports card: Gain access to a wide number of sporting and fitness facilities across the city.
  • Menstrual leave: Employees who menstruate can take one extra day off when experiencing period pain.
  • Parental support:
    • RED Parents Network: Support for working parents, including childcare benefits and family-friendly events.
    • RED Summer Camp for Kids: A fun summer program for children aged 5–12, majoritively paid by the company.

Perks & Professional Growth

  • Welcome: A welcome pack filled with goodies.
  • Development: Trainings, lectures, and courses — workshops and trainings for each employee, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes.
  • Cafeteria platform: Access to receive subscription benefits, additional medical packages, or vouchers and codes to shops, cinemas, and public transport reimbursement.
  • Extras: Gifts for newborn rebels and regular chances to nab some cool swag.

Social Activities & Life in the Office

  • Dog-friendly: Bring your pooch with you to the office.
  • Social events: Regular gatherings at the studio to unwind and play games.
  • Dining: Healthy selections in the canteens.
  • Environment: Truly international working environment.
  • Sustainability: Campus features electric car charging points and green zones.
  • Bicycle facilities: Designated space, repair equipment, and showers.
  • Fitness: Onsite, well-equipped gym with a climbing wall, daily Gym Assistant support, and yoga and boxing classes.
  • Dress code: No dress-code — we like to keep it casual.

Estimated Compensation

  • 6600 - 9100 PLN gross monthly. Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
