Job Description

As a Group Manager, Creative Production at Ubisoft, you will lead and grow the Creative Production team, combining in-house talent and external partners to adapt and version static and video assets for global marketing campaigns across social, CRM, paid media, retail, and digital storefront platforms. You will also oversee print design specialists who advise on, review, validate, and correct printed materials such as game packaging, leaflets, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing collateral.

You will balance people leadership with hands-on creative contribution, coaching the team while staying close to the craft. You will help ensure strong creative consistency, the right level of resourcing, and continuous improvement of production capabilities, including production automation, scripting, and AI-enabled tools where relevant.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop an in-house team of graphic designers, motion designers, and print specialists.
  • Define team structure and areas of specialization to cover key static and motion or video asset needs.
  • Translate campaign briefs into clear production requirements, building structured task plans that designers can execute.
  • Assign and prioritize production tasks, setting expectations on scope, timelines, and quality for each deliverable.
  • Review and validate deliverables against briefs, guidelines, and expected quality standards.
  • Balance internal capacity with external contractors to meet peak production needs while protecting quality.
  • Track team capacity and agency dependency using production metrics to support planning and make-or-buy decisions.
  • Oversee and contribute to the adaptation and versioning of campaign assets across paid media, social, CRM, retail, and out-of-home formats.
  • Oversee video adaptation workflows including cutdowns, format versions, subtitle integration, and localization support.
  • Improve production workflows through scripting, automation, and AI-assisted tools, ensuring outputs are reviewed and meet brand and campaign specifications.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary creative production teams across design, motion, and or video.
  • Strong hands-on expertise producing and adapting assets across digital marketing formats including paid, social, CRM, retail, and out-of-home.
  • Strong working knowledge of video post-production workflows, including cutdowns, versioning, and subtitle or localization integration.
  • Proven ability to manage a hybrid internal and external production model using project management software such as JIRA, including contractor and agency oversight.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Experience improving design production through scripting, automation, and AI assistance to reduce manual effort and rework.
  • Solid understanding of brand compliance needs, including age ratings, legal lines, and platform specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to give clear, actionable creative feedback.

Perks and Benefits

  • Time Off: 25 paid time off days + 12 additional paid days off.
  • Transportation: 50% of transportation pass paid by the company.
  • Meals: Lunch vouchers (9€/day).
  • Health: Healthcare coverage for you and your family.
  • Parental Leave: Maternity leaves of 20 weeks; paternity/co-parental leaves of 7 weeks.
