About the Role
Dillo Interactive is seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Design Generalist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a designer who loves variety and thrives on turning ideas into polished visuals across digital, print, and experiential formats. You will collaborate with clients and coworkers to bring brands to life through consistent, high-quality designs and have the chance to help mold the marketing for games.
Typical Design Projects
- Social media graphics, banners, icons, and thumbnails
- Digital + print ads, brochures, and flyers
- Event materials and large-format designs
- Decks, RFPs, charts, and infographics
- Website layouts, brand guides, and logos
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of design systems and style guides
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
- Skilled in font pairing and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of ad design principles, including CTA placement and copy balance
- Experience preparing print-ready files (bleeds, CMYK, resolution)
- Comfortable designing for large formats (booths, banners)
- Proficiency in layout design for multi-page documents
- Ability to create charts, infographics, and visual data elements
- High attention to detail and professional formatting
- Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- A fresh perspective and creative problem-solving within brand parameters
Software Proficiency
- Required: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, WordPress (Elementor or similar)
- Nice to Have: After Effects, Figma

- Extremely organized, flexible, and eager to learn
- Comfortable taking feedback and refining work
- Passionate about creating clean, effective, and visually engaging designs
