About working at Balio Studio
As an independent studio, our team works on projects of different sizes and genres, so roles are less compartmentalised than in larger productions. A Game Designer may work on a level one day, balance a mechanic the next, write or integrate narrative content, test a feature, report bugs or help another department solve a gameplay problem. We don't expect an intern to master all of this already, what matters most is an interest in the whole development process, a willingness to learn and being comfortable switching between design tasks.
Application requirements
- State your exact internship availability dates, applications without them will be automatically rejected
- This address is only for the Game Designer internship, applications for any other role will be automatically rejected
- A CV and an online portfolio are mandatory
- The internship is exclusively on-site at Balio Studio in Mons (Belgium)
- A valid internship agreement with your school is mandatory
