Responsibilities
- Drive objectives and encounters to advance the project's gameplay and in-game progression.
- Deliver varied and scalable content across worlds to enhance design velocity as the project grows.
- Quickly iterate on encounter and objective design elements while upholding the high Epic quality standards on a project of this scale.
- Shape compelling and replayable experiences that align with Epic and Disney’s long-term gameplay vision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience shipping multiple AAA titles as a game designer.
- Proficiency in using major game engines (e.g., UE5).
- Visual scripting experience is a must.
- Deep experience in PvPvE objective and encounter design, crucial for the project's evolving scope.
- Demonstrated ability to improvise and creatively solve problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
