About the Role
Job Overview
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid, 3 days a week)
Department: Marketing Creative Services (Flamed)
Focus: Primarily MONOPOLY GO!, with support for other IPs in the portfolio.
What you will do
- In-Game Scene Setup: Navigate and utilize diverse Unity game builds to construct and animate dynamic in-game sequences, using in-game animations and assets.
- Gameplay & Cinematic Capture: Stage, shoot, and capture high-end gameplay footage and cinematic sequences tailored for high-performing UA ads, social media, and promotional trailers.
- Composition & Still Capture: Compose and capture high-resolution gameplay stills and 3D model shots for key art and promotional materials.
- Cinematography: Craft impactful, high-energy scenes by driving dynamic camera work, lighting, action pacing, and visual effects.
- Post-Processing & Polish: Perform initial footage editing, asset retouching, and color adjustments to elevate final deliverable quality.
- Iterative Quality Focus: Maintain rigorous attention to detail while actively offering and integrating feedback in a constructive team environment.
What you will need
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in gameplay capture, layout, pre-visualization, or 3D environment design within gaming, marketing, or film.
- Portfolio: An excellent video reel (Mandatory) demonstrating expert-level cinematography, gameplay capture, and scene composition.
- Unity Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience building complex scenes, staging animations, and managing camera setups within Unity.
- Unreal Engine Knowledge: Hands-on experience using Unreal Engine to produce cinematic-quality renders.
- Core Skills:
- Strong sense of composition, color, and animation timing.
- Good sense of story-telling and understanding of cinematic language.
- Familiarity with camera terminology and the ability to use motion blur, depth of field, and other effects to create realism.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with video production software including Premiere and After Effects.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work iteratively and communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams (motion designers, video editors, producers).
- Soft Skills:
- Problem solver with the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
- Enjoys collaborating with designers, video editors, and motion designers to deliver advertising and marketing creative.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Bonus Points
- Technical Art Skills: Scripting, shader creation, rigging, tool development to support capture workflows and optimize assets.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the mobile games market and up-to-date knowledge of current pop culture trends (social media, design, movies, TV).
- Innovation: Proactive interest in AI-assisted design tools and their creative applications.
