About the role
Mission
- Work on the frontend of the web client for existing games.
- Shape the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of frontend systems.
- Collaborate in building and maintaining the roadmap.
- Develop and improve the company's frontend client and tools using best practices to deliver stable, modern, testable, and maintainable code.
- Ensure the live system's stability and performance.
- Work together with other teams on bug and performance monitoring, tracking, data warehouse solutions, analytics, and game features.
- Communicate with colleagues and other teams to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
- Take full ownership of complex features and projects, from design to post-release monitoring, with a focus on observability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Provide constructive feedback in code reviews and help enforce team coding practices.
- Demonstrate initiative, ownership mindset, and a commitment to team success.
Technology Stack
- Languages and Frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, HTML5/CSS3.
- Tools and Methodologies: Sass, Jest, Sentry, Sonar, GitHub, Jenkins, automated build pipelines, agile software development, scrum.
Profile Requirements
- Expert knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3 and current frontend frameworks.
- A degree in computer science or a similar IT-related field.
- Professional experience in software development.
- Ability to operate independently and within an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical skills and a mindset for thinking outside the box.
- Motivation to constantly improve and learn.
- Enthusiastic about video games; experience within the industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in technical and business English.
- Familiarity with or interest in working within agile and scrum-based environments.
