Game Title: RAID: Shadow Legends
Locations: Lviv office, Kharkiv office, Warsaw office, or remotely from Poland and Ukraine

Role Context: Working together with the Art Director, Concept Art Team, and Technical Art Team to contribute to the development of game environments and the content within them in a realistic fantasy style while taking technical requirements into account.
Responsibilities
- Create realistic 3D environment assets, including architecture, natural formations, and organic objects, from blockout and sculpting to low-poly models and textures
- Create realistic tileable materials
- Place assets in scenes and set up lighting and materials according to the concept
- Optimize scenes and bake texture atlases and lightmaps
- Collaborate with outsourcing teams, Technical Art, and other related teams
What We Expect
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Domain Knowledge: Experience working on projects with a setting similar to RAID
- Core Skills:
- Advanced sculpting skills
- Experience creating different types of assets, including organic objects, surfaces, terrain, and architectural elements
- Strong skills in creating high-quality realistic materials
- Tech Stack & Tools: Proficiency in ZBrush, Blender, and Substance Painter
- Language: English at the Intermediate level or higher
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Substance Designer and Marmoset
- Experience working with Unity
- Experience setting up scene lighting
