About the role
Job Overview
The Content Operations Manager will support publishing operations for World of Tanks in the Chinese market. The role involves managing the day-to-day publishing pipeline, including preparing and releasing articles on the game portal, coordinating localisation tasks, and reviewing Chinese-language content. Responsibilities include making hands-on adjustments to page code (HTML/CSS/JS) for formatting and layout, producing in-game notifications, and drafting player-facing texts. The role requires maintaining alignment between internal teams and local publishing partners to ensure content meets cultural and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the preparation and publication of articles on the game portal.
- Adjust and troubleshoot existing page code (HTML/CSS/JS) to fix formatting issues and implement layout changes.
- Execute the creation of in-game promotional notifications.
- Draft simple player-facing texts related to game activities.
- Review and validate Chinese-language articles prior to publication.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different time zones.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency:
- Mandarin Chinese: HSK 5 or above.
- English: Fluent.
- Russian: A plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, sufficient to edit existing code and troubleshoot issues.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Ability to juggle parallel workstreams and manage context switching.
Work Mode
- Location: Remote (anywhere within Lithuania).
- Employment: Full-time.
- Relocation: This role is not eligible for relocation or immigration support.
