About Working at Balio Studio
As an independent studio, our team works on projects of different sizes and genres, so roles are less compartmentalised than in larger productions. A character artist may sculpt a hero one day, retopologise and unwrap an NPC the next, texture props, prepare models for animation or help integrate assets in Unity. We don't expect an intern to master all of this already, what matters most is an interest in the whole pipeline, a willingness to learn and being comfortable switching between tasks.
