Job Description
Reporting to the AV Support Lead, the AV Support Specialist is responsible for multimedia and audio visuals technologies for King business. Main duties will be in the London office, with some remote duties to assist other offices when required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure AV hardware and software environment in the King London office is prepared to meet end-user and business needs.
- Act as the local point of contact for key events like monthly Kingdom calls.
- Help the Comms team plan Leadership events in the London office.
- Coordinate resources and master controls of the AV environment during events.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving of AV-related hardware and software.
- Responsible for AV equipment inventory, stock, commissioning, and decommissioning in the London office.
- Participate in the creation of AV environment documentation.
- Work in close cooperation with the corporate Network team and the rest of the IT teams.
- Help coordinate the different AV service providers.
- Participate in global projects for AV-related activities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience with video conference and broadcasting systems.
- Deep knowledge of AV technologies and IT systems.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, hardware, and features in AV technologies.
- Deep knowledge of graphics, encoding, and video editing software.
