Eleon Co is hiring a 3D Animator (Blender)
We are looking for skilled and passionate 3D Animators to join our team and bring our game to life! This role is crucial to our success in launching this exciting project. If you have experience in character animation and a keen eye for dynamic, creative movement, we’d love to hear from you!
We’re specifically looking for Blender animators who can add personality, bounce, and a cartoony flair to their work—animations that feel alive, expressive, and fun.

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality character animations with a strong sense of creativity, energy, and personality to enhance gameplay and improve player experience.
- Develop animations with a playful, bouncy, and cartoony style, bringing unique character movements to life.
- Understand assigned tasks and develop a structured, reliable, and efficient work schedule to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with developers, modelers, and designers to ensure animations align with game mechanics and artistic vision.
- Iterate and refine animations based on team feedback and playtesting results.
- Ensure animations are optimized for performance while maintaining smooth and immersive motion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in animating character rigs for games.
- Proficiency in Blender for 3D character animation.
- Ability to create animations that are fluid, engaging, and full of personality.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Passion for game development and a solid understanding of player expectations.
