2D Render Artist

Role Overview

PAW Gaming is seeking a talented 2D Render Artist for a remote position. The role involves taking approved sketches and concepts and transforming them into clean, polished, production-ready 2D artwork for slot games.

Responsibilities

• Produce 2D artwork including characters, symbols, backgrounds, game frames, and feature assets.
• Focus on strong lighting, materials, colors, volume, and overall visual polish.
• Collaborate with the team and follow art direction to execute assets from rough concepts to final, polished states.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong 2D rendering and painting skills.
  • Good understanding of lighting, materials, color, and volume.
  • Ability to match an established art style.
  • Experience turning rough concepts into polished final assets.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Capability to work remotely and follow art direction.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with slot games.
  • Understanding of how slot symbols, reels, bonuses, and game assets are structured.
