Role Overview
PAW Gaming is looking for a talented 2D Game Artist to join the team remotely. The role involves working across the full 2D art process, from sketching and concept development to polished final renders. The primary focus is creating slot games, including characters, symbols, backgrounds, game frames, features, and other visual assets in a strong 2D style.
Responsibilities
- Create a variety of visual assets for slot games, including characters, symbols, backgrounds, game frames, and features.
- Manage the full 2D art process from initial sketches and concept development to final polished renders.
- Adapt to different 2D/cartoon art styles.
- Maintain fast communication and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong sketching and rendering skills.
- Good understanding of composition, color, lighting, and shape language.
- Ability to take a concept from a rough sketch to a final polished asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working on slot games.
- Good understanding of how slot games work, including symbols, features, reels, bonuses, and general game structure.
