Hiring Process Stages

• Applied:

• Under Review:

  Our hiring manager is reviewing your application. If you are a potential match, a member of our recruiting team will reach out soon to schedule next steps.

• Phone Screen:

  The phone screen is the first stage after the hiring manager review. A member of HR will schedule an introductory phone interview with pre-selected questions focusing on hard and soft skills, interests, motivations, and logistical details such as desired location and start date.

  This stage is also an opportunity for candidates to ask questions about the role, studio culture, company benefits, and more. Phone screens generally last between 30 minutes and one hour.

• Interview:

  In this stage, candidates meet with a Hiring Manager from the relevant department. The interview assesses fit for the project, team, and role. It is also an opportunity to learn more about the department, teams, and projects.

• Team Interview:

  This interview focuses on assessing alignment with team and company culture. The interviewing group includes department leads and team members the candidate would work with.

  It also provides candidates a chance to learn more about working at Pipeworks and on the team. Candidates are encouraged to come prepared with their own questions.
