We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Designer to join us full-time in Chicago, IL or Cambridge, MA. This role combines technical skills to solve player-facing and development challenges, acting as a leader and developer on projects.
Education: Degree or equivalent work experience in UX Design, Game Design, Computer Science, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in game development, with at least 3 years using Unreal Engine
Salary Range: $100,000 – $122,000
Salary offers consider experience, skills, comparable industry/geographical roles, and relocation benefits. The upper range is typically reserved for candidates demonstrating strong performance.
Relocation Assistance: Available where applicable
Hybrid Work: Designers work in-office based on project needs but can often work from home. Some projects require daily access to physical infrastructure.

Technologies: Primarily Unreal Engine and custom game engines, targeting PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and VR/AR platforms.
