Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gameloft, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, collaborating with stakeholders to define recruitment needs, sourcing and selecting candidates, coordinating tests and interviews, negotiating offers, and consulting stakeholders. You will also propose and implement initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and quality, lead or participate in internal hiring programs and recruitment events, expand the talent pool and network, and handle administrative tasks related to budget, vendor contracts, and other duties assigned by supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage or participate in full-cycle recruitment processes including defining needs, creating and posting job ads, sourcing candidates, coordinating tests and interviews, negotiating offers, and consulting stakeholders.
- Proactively propose and implement new ideas or initiatives to improve recruitment processes and meet quantity and quality targets.
- Lead or participate in internal programs, projects, and events aimed at efficient hiring (e.g., Employee Referral Program, workshops, talk shows).
- Lead or participate in recruitment events such as company tours, internship programs, and contests in collaboration with the Communication team.
- Continuously expand talent pool and develop professional networks.
- Execute administrative tasks related to team budget, expenses, vendor contracts, payments, and other ad-hoc assignments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition within game or IT companies.
- Proficient use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and diverse local job boards.
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in sourcing candidates and fostering employer branding on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written).
- Strong sense of service, ownership, responsibility, and result-oriented solutions.
- Positive and can-do attitude under pressure or difficult circumstances.
- Knowledge of the video game industry is a plus.

Work Location and Hours
Location: 26 Ung Van Khiem, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Hours: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
