Job Summary
Ink & Light is recruiting a talented Storyboard Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to visually interpret scripts and concepts into compelling storyboards that effectively communicate the narrative and artistic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clear, detailed storyboards that convey the story, mood, and timing of the project.
<li.Collaborate closely with directors, writers, and animators to ensure the storyboard aligns with the creative vision.
<li.Revise storyboards based on feedback and production needs.
<li.Maintain consistency in style and quality throughout the storyboard process.
<li.Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Storyboard Artist in animation, film, or advertising.
- Strong drawing and illustration skills with a solid understanding of composition, perspective, and anatomy.
- Proficiency with digital storyboard software and tools.
- Ability to interpret scripts and translate them into visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with animation production pipelines.
- Knowledge of motion and timing principles.
- Background in graphic design or fine arts.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Animation, Fine Arts, Illustration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years professional experience as a Storyboard Artist.
