Key Responsibilities

• Manage, review, and understand the basics of workflows in animation production.
• Organize and prioritize assignments with supervisors.
• Maintain effective incoming and outgoing communication with different department heads.
• Keep open communication and updates with supervisors, artists, and production managers to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Schedule tasks and deadlines, balancing production and supervisors’ needs.
• Provide updates, priorities, schedules, and status of all assets and shots to artists, production, and management.
• Organize weekly and daily sessions with production and animation crews, take notes, and distribute them to stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough documentation and proactively seek solutions to prevent recurring problems.
• Foster a friendly atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork within and across departments.
• Update and maintain statuses and task assignments in Shotgun production tracking software.
