Job Summary

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Publishing Producer / Senior Publishing Producer to ensure high-quality delivery of external projects while forging strong ties with external partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the development team in the preparation of milestones deliveries and console submissions.
  • Evaluating product milestones and providing regular feedback to the development team.
  • Planning and applying proper development processes, tools and tasks used to start and complete a project.
  • Identifying and actively mitigating project risks.
  • Synchronising the planning between teams to assure effective task-flow.
  • Ensuring the proper communication flow between external partners and the development team.
  • Actively contributing to business and legal negotiations, assisting with budgeting and contracts creation.
  • Working closely with the development teams and taking part in preparation of builds to external partners.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager or Release Manager in the gaming industry.
  • Technical orientation/understanding of software development process.
  • Proven ability to effectively work across teams involved in a game development life cycle.
  • Knowledge of the game development and production processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-orientation with very strong organisational and tracking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English.

Working Mode

Office-First / hybrid: working primarily from the Warsaw studio for a minimum of 10 days per month.
