Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Producer to help drive development across one of our core teams. You’ll be the one keeping things aligned — tracking sprint progress, maintaining the roadmap, flagging risks, and ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver high-quality work.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the balance between autonomy and accountability, who can guide a team through milestone delivery while keeping things calm, structured, and on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning day-to-day production for your team, aligning work with project milestones
- Creating and maintaining roadmaps, sprint boards, and production trackers
- Managing Jira workflows, writing JQL queries, and driving team planning
- Building clear, data-driven dashboards and reports with Excel and Grafana
- Supporting visual communication and planning with tools like Miro
- Identifying risks early and working with leads to build mitigation plans
- Coordinating across disciplines to ensure smooth delivery and team health
- Documenting outcomes, decisions, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years experience managing or coordinating projects
- Clear communication, excellent organisation, and strong problem-solving skills
- Confidence with Jira, JQL, Excel, and basic data visualisation (Grafana or similar)
- Comfortable working with roadmaps, dependencies, and cross-functional teams
- Experience in game development and an understanding of UE4/UE5 pipelines
- Ability to keep the big picture in mind while tracking the small details
The Game
You’ll be working on Wardogs, an all-out-warfare multiplayer first person shooter. That means infantry combat, tank warfare, jet dog fighting, and artillery barrages. We play test the game twice a week, so you’ll have lots of time to get stuck in and really be a part of the game you’re creating.
