Job Summary
Riot Games is seeking a Localization Producer II to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. The Localization Producer II will be responsible for managing the localization process for our games and ensuring the delivery of high-quality localized content. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a passion for gaming and localization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end localization process for Riot Games’ products, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Collaborate closely with game development, marketing, and publishing teams to ensure localization quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee localization budgets and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to localization projects.
- Maintain and improve localization workflows and tools.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align localization goals with overall product objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and cultural appropriateness of localized content.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in localization production or project management, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of localization processes, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for video games and understanding of gaming culture.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CAT tools and localization management systems.
- Knowledge of Asian and European languages and markets.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in localization production or project management within the gaming or software industry.
