We are looking for an experienced and passionate Associate Producer for the Korean-speaking market. This role focuses on delivering a great user experience through publishing our mobile titles, with an emphasis on Live Ops support including localization, community management, and customer support for a global launch. The candidate must be comfortable working with remote teams across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee various aspects of production including product, marketing, localizations, community, customer support, and other production-related areas.
- Lead as a secondary point of contact for cross-functional groups to support game launches and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Manage external vendors to ensure alignment with internal operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Oversee live operations in collaboration with product, community teams, and producers, addressing in-game issues and improving player engagement.
- Escalate critical problems to appropriate teams and support customer service and community-related matters.
- Utilize internal tools to manage in-game operations and contribute to community and in-game event execution.
- Travel internationally to other 2K offices and/or business sites as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience managing various aspects of Live Ops Mobile Games.
- Fluency in Korean and English to communicate efficiently with cross-functional teams and end-users in Korea.
- Knowledge of Korean culture, society, and current trends to ensure appropriate tone and style for Korean players.
- Familiarity with Korea’s social media platforms to support key community strategies from a Live Ops perspective.
- Excellent skills with MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- An interest in mobile Strategy Life Games (SLGs) is advantageous.
