This internship program offers you the chance to become a full-fledged team member, having a real impact on our products while receiving full support throughout the three-month paid internship. We are looking for a Junior Game Designer Intern to join our team in Wrocław who is curious, motivated, and ready to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Game Design team with daily tasks such as feature documentation and content balancing.
- Research competing games and emerging trends in the mobile market.
- Support QA and testing of new features from a design perspective.
- Learn to work with tools like Google Sheets, JIRA, and internal editors.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interest in mobile games and gaming trends.
- Basic understanding of game structure and balancing.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (basic formulas and logic).
- Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and curiosity about the game industry.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Polish and good English (minimum B2 level).
- Availability for at least 3 months of paid internship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in game jams, prototypes, or game design studies is a plus.
- Student status is nice to have.
