We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Central Analytics team and help shape the future of our analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with User Acquisition, Advertisement, Finance, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to drive growth and innovation.
- Support and optimize predictive models, including those tracking player Lifetime Value (LTV) and key business metrics.
- Lead data-driven projects, transforming insights into strategic actions that shape Rovio’s success.
- Drive an A/B testing culture, ensuring business decisions are backed by rigorous experimentation and analysis.
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards to support real-time decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong quantitative skills with expertise in statistics (hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Seaborn.
- Experience with machine learning tools including scikit-learn and statsmodels.
- Skilled in A/B testing, ETL processes, and translating insights into business impact.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
