We are seeking a talented Content Designer to join our team working on an unannounced game project. This role offers the opportunity to shape engaging gameplay experiences and contribute to the narrative and design of a new title within our diverse catalog.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop compelling game content including quests, storylines, characters, and gameplay mechanics.
- Collaborate closely with game designers, writers, artists, and programmers to ensure cohesive and immersive player experiences.
- Create detailed documentation and design specifications for content elements.
- Iterate on content based on playtesting feedback and team input.
- Maintain consistency with the game’s vision, tone, and style guidelines.
- Support the production team in scheduling and milestone planning related to content delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a content designer or similar role in the game industry.
- Strong storytelling and narrative design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Passion for games and understanding of game mechanics and player engagement.
- Experience with game design tools and documentation software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on strategy or simulation games.
- Knowledge of scripting languages or game engines.

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Creative Writing, Interactive Media, or a related field is preferred.
