We’re looking for a 2D Animator to add life and excitement to our match-3 game, Wonder Blast with smooth, satisfying animations and effects. If you love bringing motion to colorful game worlds, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Animating boosters, power-ups, UI elements, and characters to make gameplay feel dynamic and rewarding
- Creating animations that are both fluid and responsive in Unity and Spine
- Designing smooth UI transitions and feedback animations for a polished look
- Ensuring animations are optimized for mobile devices
- Creating engaging visual effects that enhance the player experience
- Working closely with programmers to create an excellent gameplay experience
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Solid understanding of the movement, anticipation, squash, and stretch, and other principles of animation
- Proficiency in Spine or other 2D animation tools
- Experience with casual mobile game animations
- Passion for animation and a desire to constantly improve your skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong background in animation and rigging, with a portfolio that demonstrates your abilities
