Notable productions include the series Tara Duncan and Miraculous Ladybug season 5, both broadcast on Disney Channel and Disney+. The studio is preparing for a new project, the series Messi and the Giants, produced by Sony Music Vision, Sony Pictures Television Kids, and Leo Messi Management, and broadcast by Disney. This epic saga follows a young boy named Leo transported from Argentina into a fantastical alternate universe.

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support our talent acquisition team in hiring top professionals for our 3D animation studio. This role involves assisting in the recruitment process, organizing candidate information, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience for applicants and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about the animation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various 3D animation roles.
  • Post job openings on different platforms and maintain updated job listings.
  • Organize and track applications, resumes, and portfolios.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
  • Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media updates and career events.
  • Help with onboarding processes for new hires.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support.
  • Knowledge of the animation, VFX, or gaming industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting creative or technical talent.
  • Knowledge of the animation production pipeline.
