Job Summary
Realmforge Studios, founded in 2008 as part of the Kalypso Media family, specializes in strategy and simulation games for PC and the latest consoles. Our popular Dungeons series has sold over 4 million units worldwide. As a member of our team in Munich, you will create exciting objects and bring our game world to life, working closely with the team and significantly influencing our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Skinning and rigging of character models
- Bringing characters and creatures to life with dynamic and humorous animations
- Integrate and optimise finished assets in Unity
- Work closely with all members of the team to achieve the best possible result
- Maintain and optimise the animation pipeline
- Review, approve, and integrate work from external partners
- Animate various smaller and larger objects
Required Qualifications / Skills
- 3+ years of experience in 3D animation in video games
- Very good knowledge of 3ds Max and/or Maya and Unity
- Outstanding character animation skills with a good sense of timing and movement
- Good rigging and skinning skills
- Ability to process and give constructive feedback well
- Reliable and independent working style
- Enjoy stylised graphics and like to develop and share creative ideas
- Fluent in written and spoken German and/or English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in modelling and texturing
- Experience in scripting
