Real people, real superpowers! Putting scientists into the hands of young people. SuperScientists was created to showcase how amazing scientists and science by speaking a language that young people understand. We have profiled 60+ scientists and science champions from South Africa and six other African countries – Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, Ghana, Zambia, Rwanda. We’ve distributed 20,000 trading cards, calendars, activity books, comics and posters to schools, clinics, and NPOs. We want young people to see themselves in the faces and stories of living scientists and see the importance of science in solving the problems we face as a world.
