OUR STORY GeoTech was formed by professional partners who specialize in Real Estate Research, Business Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. The alliance between those professional partners and the formation of GeoTech have resulted from years of working together in Real Estate industry in Saudi Arabia. This long lasting productive experience between those partners has led to the generation of several smart solutions that are now being small part of of a big dream to lead the digital transformation of the Real Estate industry in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region in the near future. OUR VISION For the next five years, GeoTech seeks to take a leading role in the digital transformation of the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia. For the next decade, GeoTech seeks to become a regional leader in the digital transformation of the real estate industry in the MENA region. Ultimately, GeoTech seeks to become one of the world’s most recognized leaders in the PropTech field in particular and in the FinTech world in General. OUR TECHNOLOGY GeoTech’s technologies range from basic distributed databases to smart and sophisticated engines that deal with massive and different types of real estate data from different sources with different levels of quality and organizations. Additionally, within partnerships with several research centers and service providers, GeoTech develops drone-based technologies to enhance the capacity and quality of data sources. Our technologies are designed and developed to be integrated within larger environments to maximize our ability to collect relative data and produce reliable outputs.
