Job Summary
At ReDefine Originals. Supported by departmental supervisors and the Production teams, the Storyboard Artist will work alongside and in collaboration with other artists and the Storyboard Supervisor to deliver frames, and preferably Storyboard Pro assemblies, to Editorial. The role requires someone with a good creative eye to propose story developments, whilst being able to deliver frames in a time-efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
The position involves working closely with supervisors and production teams to create storyboard images and assemblies using Storyboard Pro. The artist will propose story developments and deliver frames efficiently to support the editorial process.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Significant experience as a board artist on TV or feature film productions
- Familiarity with Storyboard Pro
- Keen desire and ability to communicate and collaborate with a supervisor or director(s)
- Good understanding of character animation and strong acting translation skills
- Strong drafting and iteration skills
- Good understanding of animation and layout processes
- Awareness of CG animation pipeline and terminology

As a unionized employee, you will be required to join the union and will benefit from the conditions set out in the collective agreement.
