Senior Concept Artist – Brand Rayman

Job Summary
Under the responsibility of the artistic director, you will work within a multidisciplinary team of artists on the Rayman brand. With your expertise, you will develop complex characters, environments, and props that align with the artistic direction, providing inspiration and serving as references for the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the artistic director and other team members to conceptualize and develop unique designs that align with the game’s vision and style.
- Create concept art for characters, environments, or props, including sketches, turnarounds, illustrations, and digital paintings, to effectively communicate design ideas to the team.
- Clearly convey complex visual intentions to the broader artistic team.
- Conduct research and gather relevant visual references.
- Plan, estimate, and prioritize deadlines for task completion, while tracking progress using project management tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- At least 10 years of experience as a concept artist specializing in video games.
- Excellent drawing and conceptualization skills, with the ability to adapt to different established styles.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy.
- A solid understanding of the film and/or video game industry.
- Up to date with trends in art, graphic design, and technical innovations.
- Kind, communicative, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, proactivity, and team spirit.
- Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Shows initiative and is a source of creative proposals.
