Job Summary
Arrowhead Game Studios is seeking a visionary and experienced Product Director to lead the strategic direction and execution of our game portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game product management, a passion for creating engaging player experiences, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for multiple game titles.
- Lead and mentor product managers and collaborate closely with design, development, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Analyze market trends, player data, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements that maximize player engagement and monetization.
- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and maintain high-quality standards.
- Communicate product goals and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a product leader in the gaming industry with a track record of successful game launches.
- Strong understanding of game design, monetization models, and player psychology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Experience working with agile development teams and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with live service games and ongoing content updates.
- Background in mobile or free-to-play game markets.
- Knowledge of user acquisition and retention strategies.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 7 years in product management roles within the gaming industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
