DixonBaxi is seeking a Motion Designer with experience in design or production studios. You are an animator and motion generalist with a proven passion for 3D, ready for more responsibility, experimentation, challenge, and growth. Our London (N1) studio is a creative hub where we collaborate at least three days a week to foster innovation and teamwork.
DixonBaxi is a creative group that builds beautiful, original brands that challenge convention and change the world for the better. We work with leading companies such as Hulu, Audible, AT&T, ITV X, British Land, IMAX, Konami, Roli, Eurosport, Netflix, and AC Milan. We embrace diversity and creativity, fostering a positive culture of growth and open-mindedness.
DixonBaxi offers a positive and diverse culture with a 4.5-day workweek, finishing early every Friday. Benefits include mental health support, gym membership discounts, and a cycle-to-work scheme. The company encourages travel overseas to meet clients and team bonding activities such as trips to Copenhagen and Barcelona. Weekly celebrations include project milestones, birthdays, and work anniversaries.
Salaries are benchmarked against industry standards and discussed openly during the interview process to ensure fairness and transparency. Interns receive an additional 10% on the London Living Wage, with opportunities for permanent roles when available.
The role is based in London with a hybrid working model: studio attendance is required Tuesday to Thursday, with flexible work-from-home options on Mondays and Fridays.
DixonBaxi supports visa sponsorship but does not offer relocation packages. Freelance experts are regularly engaged for specific projects, including those based outside the UK.
Due to the volume of applications, DixonBaxi sends an email confirmation upon receipt. Feedback is provided to candidates who reach the interview stage but are not selected.
