Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team at Nintendo. The successful candidate will design and develop engaging learning experiences and training materials that support our employees’ growth and align with Nintendo’s values and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement instructional materials and e-learning courses.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and learning objectives.
- Apply instructional design theories and practices to create effective learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with video production and graphic design tools.
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or related roles.
