Roblox is looking for an experienced Creative Director to shape industry-leading creative for our immersive gaming and creation platform. This hands-on role will deliver content-forward creative at scale while setting the standard across traditional, digital, and on-platform creative assets that resonate with our key audiences.
As a Creative Director, you will work with the Creative Studio team and our marketing partners to deliver engaging ideas across multiple touchpoints. You’ll bring strategic concepts to every project, help define scope, develop timelines, facilitate reviews and communication, and ensure projects are delivered to specifications. You’ll inspire and motivate those around you, prioritize work from multiple stakeholders, and resolve creative blocks for the team.
Annual Salary Range: $226,140—$264,280 USD (for roles based in San Mateo, CA headquarters)
The actual base pay depends on job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and benefits.
