Key Responsibilities

• Creative: Guide and inspire the broader creative team, ensuring every project aligns with Golden Wolf’s standards from kickoff to final delivery.
• Lead pitches, develop fresh creative concepts, and push the studio’s offerings into exciting new territories.
• Strengthen and maintain client relationships, clearly communicating creative visions and swiftly addressing any creative challenges.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds client briefs, consistently reinforcing the visual style, messaging, and brand positioning of Golden Wolf.
• Champion and expand the Golden Wolf brand creatively.
• Production & New Business: Collaborate closely with the Executive Producer to shape the studio’s strategy and set ambitious creative goals.
• Drive the creative direction in new business development, from briefing calls to pitch presentations, shaping innovative approaches to win exciting projects.
• Proactively spot opportunities for new business, cultivate client relationships, and explore new styles and approaches to stay ahead creatively.
• Keep the creative engine running smoothly, ensuring deadlines are met, pipelines are managed, and every piece of work leaving the studio meets top-tier quality standards.
• Management: Act as the face of Golden Wolf at industry events, including creative talks, networking, awards, and recruiting engagements.
• Evaluate incoming talent portfolios, spot rising stars, and nurture new creative voices.
• Mentor and manage creative staff, including freelancers, offering support, direction, and development to elevate the team.
• Participate in annual performance reviews and foster a vibrant, growth-focused environment.
• Occasional travel (5-10%), both domestically and internationally.
